We provide balloon décor and event styling services for personal and corporate events. All quotes and bookings are subject to availability.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit is required to secure your event date.
  • Final balance is due [X days] before the event unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late or missed payments may result in cancellation.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to partial or no refund depending on prep work already completed.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate event details (date, time, access, etc.)
  • Ensure the event location is accessible and safe for setup
  • Inform us of any venue restrictions or outdoor concerns

5. Intellectual Property

All content and images on this site are the property of Balloon Events NJ unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or use them without permission.

6. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Damage to balloons due to weather or venue issues (especially for outdoor events)
  • Injuries resulting from misuse or interference with installations after setup
